Our Terms & Conditions Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard via PayPal. Payment through Paypal is safe and secure. To ensure that your details remain confidential, we use the services of PayPal, who process your details using 128 bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. This means that your financial details are not viewed or stored by us. We also accept Bank Deposit. Please note, products will not be shipped until payment has cleared. This may take up to 3 working days.
If you process an order and it remains unpaid after a period of more than 3 business days we will contact you and ask for payment within 48 hours. If we have not received payment after this period your order will be cancelled.
Shipping
All items are professionally packaged and wrapped accordingly to ensure a safe delivery.
Within Australia
The postage is set at a flate rate of $7.95. Once the parcel is posted, it is in the hands of Australia Post and Mon Tresor will not be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels while in transit with Australia Post. International Mon Tresor ships internationally (USA, Europe, Asia/Asia Pacific) however contact us prior to placing your order, for approximate shipping costs to your area. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final due to the nature of the product. If you feel that your product is faulty please contact us within 14 days to discuss a replacement. Please note that postage costs will not be refunded. Mon Tresor strives to have excellent customer service all the time so please contact us if there is an issue.
Stock Control and Processing Times
All orders are completed on a first order, first completed basis. Orders will ship within 48 hours however please allow extra time during busy periods eg: Christmas. Some items by Mon Tresor are handmade and these may take up to 3-4 days to complete, or further product details and time frame can be viewed on the product page. Please consider this when placing your order. If you need particular items by a set date, email us so we can aim to have them created and posted out to you well before your due date. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
We strive to have all stock available using inventory control. However, at times there may be stock shown that is no longer available. If a product you have ordered is no longer available at the time of your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a choice of refund or exchange, or if the item is going to be restocked we will notify you.
